Cancellation Policy

At The Porefect Place, we value and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure the smooth operation of our appointments and to accommodate all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show), 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. Additional Processing fees may apply. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Please note that this fee may also be subject to additional processing fees, and your appointment will be canceled. We understand that delays can happen, but timely arrivals help us serve all clients effectively. By scheduling an appointment and/or checking the box below, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy and authorize The Porefect Place to charge the card on file for any applicable fees.
